Reminders and Instructions:

1. This registration process is an option for parents/students to enroll online without going to the school physically. The school office is also open for registration/payment especially if you need more clarification or if you have problem with the online enrollment/registration.


2. Before proceeding with the enrollment process here, please make sure that you call or message the accounting department regarding the fees to pay for your selected mode of payment. They will be glad to inform you of the total amount to be paid including balances/refunds from the previous academic year.

For OLD STUDENTS, kindly make sure that you are already cleared from all your previous accounts before proceeding with the Online Enrollment Form for AY 2022-2023. For accounts clearance, you may call the accounting department at (02)7369-4742 or 0997-784-8743 from Mondays-Fridays 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Students with outstanding balances from the previous academic year/s are not advised to proceed with the Online Enrollment Form for AY 2021-2021 unless cleared by the accounting department. Otherwise, submitted forms from such students will not be processed.

For NEW STUDENTS, please accomplish the Online Application Form for New Students. Students will go through interview (and assessment) via video-conference. Successful applicants will be directed to proceed to the assessment of fees then to the enrollment process.


3. Payment Options. After filling out this form, you have two payment options

On-Premise Cash Payments are also accepted subject to protocols imposed by the School, Local Government Units and/or IATF on COVID. Please inquire or schedule an appointment first before going to the school for payment or enrollment.


4. Please note that for online payments, the school needs to receive and verify the receipt/transaction and the correct amount paid before the registration to be considered successful. You will also be notified thru email or thru your contact number registered below for the successful registration and other updates regarding your registration. Allow up to 3 business days for posting/verification of payments.


5. For successful registration, you can claim your receipt and proof of registration at the Cashier's office or you may request for a copy to be sent to your email.
