Online Enrollment Form AY 2026-2027
Reminders and Instructions:
1. This registration process is an option for parents/students to enroll online without going to the school physically. The school office is also open for registration/payment, especially if you need more clarification or have a problem with online enrollment/registration.
2. Before proceeding with the enrollment process here, please make sure that you call or message the accounting department regarding the fees to pay for your selected mode of payment. They will gladly inform you of the total amount to be paid, including balances/refunds from the previous academic year.
For OLD STUDENTS, Please ensure all previous accounts are cleared before completing the Online Enrollment Form for AY 2026-2027. For account clearance, you may call the accounting department at (02) 7369-4742 or 0997-784-8743, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Old students with outstanding balances from previous academic year(s) are advised not to proceed with the Online Enrollment Form for AY 2026-2027 unless cleared by the accounting department. Submitted forms from students with uncleared balances will not be processed.
PARENTS OF OLD STUDENTS (with or without the student) will participate in an interview for feedback and updates regarding the previous and upcoming Academic Years.
PARENTS OF NEW STUDENTS: Please complete the Online Application Form for New Students. Students will go through interviews (and assessments) via face-to-face conference. Successful applicants will be directed to proceed to the assessment of fees and then to the enrollment process.
3. Payment Options. After filling out this form, you have two payment options

OPTION 2: PAYMENT THROUGH THE SCHOOL CASHIER
On-Premise Cash Payments are also accepted subject to protocols imposed by the School, Local Government Units and/or IATF on COVID. Please inquire or schedule an appointment first before going to the school for payment or enrollment.
4. Please note that for online payments, the school needs to receive and verify the receipt/transaction and the correct amount paid before the registration to be considered successful. You will also be notified thru email or thru your contact number registered below for the successful registration and other updates regarding your registration. Allow up to 3 business days for posting/verification of payments.
5. For successful registration, you can claim your receipt and proof of registration at the Cashier's office or you may request for a copy to be sent to your email.

The same may be shared and or submitted in good faith to the Department of Education or other government regulatory agencies as compliance to any legal and/or legitimate reports required by the Department. In processing these data, Divine Grace School is committed to protect and respect the confidentiality and privacy of these data as stipulated in the School’s Data Privacy Manual in accord to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
